Hello Mr. Sanchez,

Thank you very much for your message and apologies for the delay in response. I am most interested in the most recent contract and all applicable amendments. However, I am also interested in all agreements held by the county regarding Laredo Processing Center. Could you give me a better sense for how far these go back? I do not want to saddle you with a request that is unnecessarily time consuming.

Thank you very much for your help.

Best,
Beryl

Beryl,

The documents we would release consist of the original agreement between CCA and Webb County and the first and second amendments to agreement. In regards to invitation to bids, scorecards etc.... that would be something you would have to check in with the Federal government and CCA. We did not solicit bids to house federal prisoners. That would be with ICE and or USMS.

Webb basically provides CCA and Feds permission to negotiate for the housing of federal prisoners and the terms and conditions that follow.

Hope that answers your question.
