The incident report, a police narrative and any other documentations produced in relation to the shooting incident at Menta Academy North on 06/10/2019.
In the event that there are fees, I would request a waiver, as I am a member of the press and these records will be used in the public interest.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Is it possible for the incident report and police narrative to be redacted in any way, I'm asking because I'm asking just to see the the events as reported by the Waukegan Police Department through either a full or partial release of the incident report and police narrative.
