Comments Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
1) Aggregated, monthly summary of new and renewed medical marijuana card applications since the inception of the program through January 1, 2023.
2) Any available data on the ages of medical marijuana patients (i.e. the number of patients that are 18, the number of patients that are 19, the number of patients that are 20, etc.) as of January 1, 2023.
3) Any records on the process of obtaining medical marijuana in any way or form and reported effects of medical marijuana on patients.
I would like to receive these records in electronic format—if at all possible. To avoid problems with data compatibility, please provide all electronic information in a comma-delimited or ASCII text file, a format that can be easily opened by any spreadsheet or database program.
I can also accept ASCII text, dbase IV, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and many other formats (just let me know and I'll see if we can use it). I can accept this data on CD-ROM, via email or FTP.
In addition, please provide copies of the record layout, code sheet and all relevant documentation regarding these records.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
