The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.

EOM has submitted an email search request regarding 2024-FOIA-01725, which has generated 22,913 potentially responsive emails.

Per D.C. Municipal Regulation ยง 1-402, FOIA requests must describe the records sought with sufficient detail to allow an agency to locate the records with a reasonable amount of effort.

I would like to work with you to narrow the scope of your search, perhaps by limiting the email accounts to include only the Mayor and her senior staff or by eliminating "RTO" as a search term. Please reply to this email within ten (10) business days - by December 29, 2023 - to discuss narrowing the search terms. Otherwise, EOM will consider this request closed.
