1. The number of use of force incidents by type of force used in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017, separated by year.
2. The number of use of force complaints in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017, separated by year.
3. The number of use of force complaints sustained in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017, separated by year.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.

A cursory review of your request indicates the fee for processing this request will be in excess of $25.00.
Please advise this office within five (5) business days from the date of this notification, your willingness to pay. In the meantime your request will be placed on hold pursuant to 1 DMCR § 405.6.
