Pursuant to the DC Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

From Jan. 1, 2018 to the present.
-Any and all photos of the current mayor with a dog(s).
-Any and all photos of the current mayor with a hot dog(s).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.

As the FOIA Officerfor EOM, I only have the ability to conduct searches of, and respond torequests for, EOM records. A search forresponsive EOM records yielded zero (0) results. Please know that, under D.C. Official Code § 2-537 and 1 DCMR 412, youhave the right to appeal this letter to the Mayor or to the Superior Court ofthe District of Columbia. If you electto appeal to the Mayor, your appeal must be in writing and contain “Freedom ofInformation Act Appeal” or “FOIA Appeal” in the subject line of the letter aswell as on the outside of the envelope.
