To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the DC Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

A few items from the last RFO (DCTO – 2011-R-0022) Metropolitan Police Department Photo Enforcement Units. It was released in 2011 and ATS/Verra was awarded the contract for both red light and speed enforcement.
I am looking for the following documents please.
• RFP response for all vendors
• Any and all amendments to RFP or subsequent Contract
• Contract pricing
• RFP that was released for the procurement.

I also need the same items for;

(DCFA-2017-C-9212/CW47738) Photo Enforcement Management Contract. It was awarded to in 2017 to ATS – it appears that this one is just a pricing change.
