Dear Ms. Lipton,

I was recently made aware of your below FOIA request. As the FOIA Officer for the Executive Office of the Mayor (“EOM”), I only have the ability to conduct searches of and respond to requests for EOM records. EOM does not maintain records of settlements or court or legal proceedings. Given the nature of our request, you may wish to contact the Office of the Attorney General. Information on how to contact that agency can be found here: https://oag.dc.gov/about-oag/open-government-and-foia-oag

Best,
Erika
