Good Afternoon:

We're in receipt of your FOIA request. I wanted to reach out because your request is unclear. I have been able to locate some documents, which may be responsive but again, your request is not entirely clear. My concern is that you refer to "Any grievances/complaints of discrimination submitted..." but this does not describe the records sought with sufficient detail to allow us to locate the records with a reasonable amount of effort. Furthermore, your request appears to be too broad, burdensome and not reasonably segregable. I hope that we can speak so that you can specify as to or narrow your request.

Therefore, I wanted to speak with you to get clarification as to what documents you are referring to before making a final determination on your request.

Please contact me within the next ten (10) business days if you wish to pursue your request.

Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
