Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
All electronic communications between Jason Cook, Jeremy Rowlands, Mary King and Suzanne Harris with the following keywords
Chaz, Chas, Galloway, iPad, messaging, account, this is to also to include any communications between these individuals that were referencing obtaining access to the account or accounts of Chas Galloway.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

We have reviewed the emails you have requested below. There are no text messages or emails between the individuals listed pertaining to “obtaining access to the account or accounts of Chas Galloway.”
There are emails that appear to be day-to-day operations concerning the issuance of cell phones and iPads to staff, maintenance for landlines and internet, and setting up staff accounts with usernames and passwords. These emails will require redactions of passwords and/or other sensitive information in order to release.
To fulfill this request, there will be a special service charge of $89.85 for 5.00 hours of labor at $17.97 per hour for review and redaction of all protected information.
