Copies of the initial contract between Virginia Tech and Coach Frank Beamer and the last contract.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Virginia Tech has no record of having received the subject request (or any of the follow up notes in this email string). Virginia Tech does have a record of the same request being submitted by another individual through MuckRock dated this same date (February 17). Virginia Tech responded to that request that we would "need the requester's name and legal address in order to respond (see section 2.2-3704(A) of Virginia's Freedom of Information Act.). No response has been received.
The same would apply to this request, with the typed name "John Nash." This request, like the previous request, notes that it is not being filed by a MuckRock staff member. Rather, it is being sent "through" MuckRock. As such, Virginia Tech will need the requester's name and legal address in order to respond (see section 2.2-3704(A) of Virginia's Freedom of Information Act).
