To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
All documents received from the settlement agreement referenced by attorney Andrew Bodoh in the Washington Post editorial titled "Richmond will never be the same," published July 10, 2022.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Tom Nash, a citizen of Virginia.

Mr. Nash,
First, I apologize - somehow, the 12/2 message sent via MuckRock was the first one that reached me. I did not receive your original request on July 11, nor any of the other follow-up emails sent afterward. I can only guess that they somehow went into a spam filter or the like, and I have no idea why, or why those messages did and this one did not. Nevertheless, I wanted to apologize and assure you that your request was not ignored, it was simply never received.
That said, perhaps in the intervening months you have already found access to the materials; they are available publicly and online via this link: City of Richmond 1 June 2020 Protest Collection.
This completes our response to your FOIA request, and again, I apologize for the delay in the reply.
