From: Dion, Shannon (DCJS)

Hi Ms. Sitrin,

The requested records do not exist at DCJS as SCOPs are not required to report or share such information or records with us.

The only other public bodies that may have this information is either the individual courts located within each locality (juvenile, general district and circuit court) or the government employer of SCOPS. As I mentioned on the phone, some SCOPS work for public agencies and others work for private corporations.

A list of each locality’s courts can be found:

Juvenile courts in VA - http://www.courts.state.va.us/courts/jdr.html
General district courts in Va – http://www.courts.state.va.us/courts/gd.html
Circuit courts in VA - http://www.courts.state.va.us/courts/circuit.html

The localities in VA can be found here – http://www.virginia.org/citiestownsandcountiesrelatedlinks/

Sorry we can’t be of more help.

Shannon
