Pursuant to Virginia Code §2.2-3704, a public body may assess a charge to recover costs for searching, accessing, compiling, supplying, and duplicating records. The staff’s hourly rate is $34.45 x 4 (for four hours) = $138.00. The actual cost incurred to respond to your request is $138.00.
