Any contract, MOU or other agreement with DegreeAnalytics
Any reports or databases submitted by Degree Analytics between Jan. 1, 2019 and the time this request is processed.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Good afternoon Tom,
I apologize for the delayed response, I have been out sick since 11/15. Due in part to my illness, it has not been possible for the University to provide all of your requested records within the five work day period provided by law. Therefore, the University is exercising its right under § 2.2-3704(B)(4) of the Virginia Code to take an additional seven workdays to respond to your request. The new deadline will be 12/3/2019, since the university will be closed 3 days for the Thanksgiving holiday. Please let me know if you have questions related to this request.

Good afternoon again Tom,
Our Purchasing Department was able to answer my email quicker than I’d thought. They confirmed that there is nothing in their system indicating that Mason has a contract with DegreeAnalytics. That means that as far as we can tell Mason has never paid money to that vendor. If you have reason to believe that Mason does have a contract with that vendor, please let me know, any information that would indicate which Department I should contact to look for a contract would be helpful.
