The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Dear Sir/Madam:
This is in response to your request for records under the Virginia Freedom of Information Act dated October 24, 2021.
The Virginia Freedom of Information Act § 2.2-3704<mailto:https://law.lis.virginia.gov/vacode/title2.2/chapter37/section2.2-3704/>, section A, states that, “ Except as otherwise specifically provided by law, all public records shall be open to inspection and copying by any citizens of the Commonwealth during the regular office hours of the custodian of such records. Access to such records shall not be denied to citizens of the Commonwealth, representatives of newspapers and magazines with circulation in the Commonwealth, and representatives of radio and television stations broadcasting in or into the Commonwealth.”
Because you are from Somerville, MA and not a citizen of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and because you have no apparent connection to newspapers or media in Virginia, the Act does not convey any rights to you. Therefore, we will not respond further to your request for documents.
