Zachariah James Riggle Polygraph, Performance Reviews, Pre-pub documents (National Security Agency)

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Hello, my name is Zachariah James Riggle.

Please provide any and all documents, briefs, reports, literature, or other information pertaining to myself (Zachariah James Riggle), from 2006 through 2017, including but not limited to

National Security Agency:
• Interviews, notes, comments, conclusions, etc. regarding my SF-86 paperwork and subsequent background investigation
• Records, notes, comments, conclusions, opinions, data (e.g. Pulse, EKG, diagnostic information), expert feedback, and results of polygraph screening (note: I received two separate polygraphs)
• Performance reviews, manager notes, peer and management feedback, comments, documentation, management conclusions, ratings, and scores
• Pre-publication review documents, whether requested or approved for release, including but not limited to résumés, conference briefs, open source software contributions, etc
• Very specifically from pre-publication, I would like a copy of any and all resumes submitted to pre-pub, in whole if approved as for unclassified release, and if not, in whatever redacted form is necessary.

Office of Personnel Management:
• Information held which may have been accidentally released, stolen, compromised, hacked, or otherwise disclosed inadvertently

PLEASE DO NOT include any information on ongoing investigation, and please redact any information / cover terms related to any software developed or operational capabilities.

PLEASE DO NOT include any information outside of the requested time period, 2006 through 2015.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
