Military Personnel File and photographs of veteran Sgt. Douglas MAXON 2/13/1961 - 9/20/1995.

Please be advised that Mr. Maxon's service record would no longer be in the custody of the USMC, it is maintained by the National Personnel Record Center. Records for Marines who served before 1999 are archived and may be requested by writing directly to the Director, National Personnel Records Center (NPRC), Military Personnel Records, 1 Archives Drive St. Louis, MO 63138. When making your request, you should include all available personally identifiable information, such as the date of birth or social security/service number. For further details, please visit the NPRC website http://www.archives.gov/foia/.
