Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am seeking the underlying data spreadsheet(s) for USDA-NRCS Payment Schedule FY2023 Scenarios for Hawaii.
The USDA-NRCS 'Payment Schedules (Rates) by State' webpage (https://www.nrcs.usda.gov/getting-assistance/payment-schedules) provides 'Hawaii Scenarios' in a pdf (https://nrcs.usda.gov/sites/default/files/2022-11/Hawaii-Scenarios-23-payment-rates.pdf).
The file however is nearly 800 pages, has no index, and is not structured in a way to enable easy use.

I would like the FY2023 Hawaii Scenarios data provided in a structured format, for example Excel or comma-separated values.

I do not believe this request will require effort that would necessitate fees. If this request is expected to require significant effort, please contact me.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

It is my understanding that you already contacted the NRCS- Hawaii state office. You were provided with the link to the payment schedule website. The Assistant Director for programs went out of his way to convert the payment schedule pdfs into Excel spreadsheets for you. You then asked for a breakdown of component pricing. Please find attached what we believe you are seeking. This is the best we can do. This is raw data that is associated with the different components included in each practice scenario. Again, this all we have and the best we can do. This completes your request.
