This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
A copy of all MOUs between the US Marshals Service and all 78 primary and recognized fusion centers (see list here: http://www.dhs.gov/fusion-center-locations-and-contact-information).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

The United States Marshals Service is in receipt of your Freedom of Information/Privacy Act (FOIA/PA) request for copies of all MOUs between the USMS and all 78 primary and recognized fusion centers. We have commenced a search in the Investigative Operations Division for documents responsive to your request and will contact you when our processing is complete.
We have not yet made a decision on your request for a fee waiver. We will do so after we determine whether the processing of your request will result in any assessable fees.

This is in response to your request made under the Freedom of Information Act seeking copies of all Memoranda of Understanding between the US Marshals Service and all 78 primary and recognized fusion centers.
A search of records in the USMS Investigative Operations Division was conducted pursuant to your request and no records responsive to your request were located. Your request is therefore being closed at this time.
