This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All disciplinary records involving alleged sexual misconduct for U.S. Army personnel or contractors stationed in Colombia between 2002 and 2008.

I am also requesting that each document be considered individually, be redacted for privacy concerns where demanded by the law and released as fully as possible.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

If the DoD office dedicated to sexual assault does not retain sexual assault disciplinary records, would you please direct me to the office that does?

DoD Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Office (SAPRO) does not maintain disciplinary records of any type, the individual services maintain those type of records. You will need to contact the Army for the records you are requesting. Below is information directly from the Army FOIA website, recommend you call the number provided for direct assistance.
