As the subject matter of your request is of substantial interest to two or more components of this Department or of substantial interest to another agency, we will need to consult with those entities before we issue a final response. Due to these unusual circumstances, ICE will invoke a 10-day extension for your request, as allowed by Title 5 U.S.C. § 552(a)(6)(B). RE: ICE FOIA Case Number 2023-ICFO-42684

Dear Requester:

This is the final response to your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) dated 9/5/2023. I am not looking for 1357(g) agreements between DHS or its components and any local or municipal governments.

These documents are available on the public ICE website at: https://www.ice.gov/identify-and-arrest/287g

The list of participating agencies are located by scrolling down the front page.

If you deem this to be an adverse determination, you may exercise your appeal rights. Should you wish to do so, you must send your appeal and a copy of this letter, within 90 days of the date of this letter following the procedures outlined in the DHS FOIA regulations at 6 C.F.R. Part 5 § 5.8. You may submit your appeal electronically at GILDFOIAAppeals@ice.dhs.gov or via regular mail to:
