To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am writing sequel to the response I received from the US Department of Homeland security (USCIS), with regards to my request for freedom of Information/Privacy Act (FOIA/PA). My correspondence number is : NRC2019551529

Sequel to a legal advice, I have been seeking to get information on the reason behind the cancellation of my My B1/B2 by a US Customs/Border officer, on my way out from the US on the 2nd of December, 2018. Following my request for information, The Department of Homeland Security completed a search on the Central Index System 2 (CIS2) and Person Centric Query Service (PCQS), but no records responsive to my request was located. I wrote for another search to be conducted shortly before the outbreak of the pandemic, but I have not received any response till date.

I am contacting your office as I was also advised that Non- immigrant records fall under the purview of the U.S. Department of State. This information is imperative at this time in order to be guided, as I have an appointment in a few months to meet with a consular officer. To the best of my knowledge, I have not contravened any statues upon which I was admitted into the U.S.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

OCHEOHA DAMIAN OGBONNA
