Mr. Peck,
I wrote you back on July 10, 2015, asking for additional information and I directed preliminary inquiries to our Wildlife Services Office and to our Office of Animal Care, the offices most likely to have records. I also requested what type of information you are looking for regarding this animal. See the attached email.
We don’t have record of you writing us back. At first blush, I am thinking that since this animal is an extinct or endangered species, U.S. Fish and Wildlife may have records.
Our office will respond to you officially this week.
Feel free to call me if you have any questions.
