A study by the School of Advanced Military Studies, reported about in 2001 by Rowan Scarborough for The Washington Times and commented about by Major Chris Garver, a spokesperson for Fort Leavenworth at the time.

68 pages, discussing "a plan for enforcing a major Israeli-Palestinian peace accord that would require about 20,000 well-armed troops stationed throughout Israel and a newly created Palestinian state."
