Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
All files mentioning Ronald William Pelton, November 18, 1941 - September 6, 2022, a former NSA employee who was later imprisoned for selling secrets to the Soviet Union. Pelton died on Sept 6. 2022. Pelton was arrested in November 1985 and incarcerated until November 24, 2015.

This is in reference to your letter dated June 8, 2023, for information pertaining to All files mentioning Ronald William Pelton, November 18, 1941 - September 6, 2022. Our FOIA office received your Freedom of Information Act request on June 8, 2023.
This office conducted a file search of the National Security Division Office of the Assistant Attorney General, Counterintelligence and Export Control Section and Counterterrorism Section, we did not locate any responsive records subject to FOIA.
