To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

- All final determinations sent from the National Eagle Repository in response to requests for eagle parts and feathers from Jan. 1, 2015 through Jan. 1, 2016.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

We have received 3 separate FOIA request from you via the Muckrock.com news
service. As such we have 3 different email addresses to communicate with
you regarding your FOIA requests. If you can provide us with one single
email address and/or your direct contact information that would be greatly
appreciated.

Request 2 (Tracking Number FWS-2016-00935):

You are seeking all final determinations sent from the National Eagle
Repository in response to request for eagle parts and feathers from Jan 1,
2015 and 1 Jan 2016.

We will classified you as an “All Other User” because we do not see any
additional information that would change our position.

We will reach out to the National Eagle Repository to see if they can
generate a report on your behalf to satisfy your FOIA request. Would a
report similar to this meet your requirements:
https://www.fws.gov/eaglerepository/statistics.php

A release of this sort would be considered a full release and we could
potentially complete this request within 10 business days if not sooner.
Additionally, there would be no fees associated with this request.

The track number for Request 1 is FWS-2016-00933 (sorry for the oversight).
