Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Under the Washington Public Records Act, this is a request for a log of public records requests submitted to King County Public Health and its subsidiary the King County Medical Examiner's Office (KCME) which details the following information:
- the date the request was filed
- the requester's name
- the organizational affiliation of the requester
- a brief description of the records sought
- the final outcome of the request
- the date at which the notice was made the requester
Please include all requests from January 1, 2010, until July 1st, 2021. Of particular interest are requests made by the members of the news media to KCME/KCPH
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
