Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all communications received by the Independence Park Supervisor's Office and/or by the National Park Service Director's office that was sent from the office of the Governor of Pennsylvania or his staff in regard to Independence Park's (now withdrawn) proposal to remove the statue of William Penn at Welcome Park. This request seeks records produced since November 1, 2023. I am a reporter for The Nation, The Guardian and other outlets.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
