I am seeking records related to any requests made by the Texas Title IV-D agency and the Texas Office of the Attorney General (OAG) to alter the OMB Form 0970-0154, Income Withholding for Support (IWO) form, during the time frame of January 1, 2014, through December 31, 2015. Specifically, I am requesting the following information:

1. Blank copy of OMB Form 0970-0154 that was approved June 2015
2. Copies of any requests submitted by the Texas Title IV-D agency and the Texas OAG to alter the OMB Form 0970-0154 during the specified time frame.
3. Copies of any responses, approvals, or denials issued by your agency in relation to the aforementioned requests.

I kindly request a waiver of any fees associated with this request, as the information sought is in the public interest and will contribute significantly to public understanding of the operations and activities of the government.
If my request is denied in whole or in part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the FOIA. I also request that any reasonably segregable portion of the denied information be provided to me.

I am writing to inquire about the status of my Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the OMB dated and received in your office on September 14, 2023. My request has been assigned the OMB FOIA number 2023-555.

According to the FOIA, federal agencies must respond to FOIA requests within 20 working days. The 20-day period starts on the day the agency receives the request. If the request arrives after 5 p.m., the processing period begins the following day. The FOIA also requires agencies to proactively post online certain categories of information, including frequently requested records.

As of today, October 25, 2023, it has been more than 20 working days since I submitted my request and I have not received any response from your office. I kindly request that you provide me with an update on the status of my request and an estimated date of completion.
