This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Any memoranda or communications to or from the Department of Homeland Security, Office of Operations Coordination and Planning pertaining to the "Office for Victims of Crimes Committed by Removable Aliens," which President Trump ordered the creation of in an executive order titled "Enhancing Public Safety in the Interior of the United States" on January 25, 2017. I also request any communications to or from the White House, including those conducted via personal email for government business, regarding the creation of the "Office for Victims of Crimes Committed by Removable Aliens."

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In order to determine my status for the applicability of fees, please note that I am a Media Requester working with Reason magazine, and this request is made as part of newsgathering and not for commercial use. As I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
