Our review includedconsideration of the "Foreseeable Harm Standard."  Athorough search was conducted by the United States Air Force Academy’s AthleticDepartment. The search conducted did notlocate any responsive records to your request.  Cadet-Athletes areprohibited from engaging in name, image, and likeness activities due togovernment ethics rules. Based on theresults of the search, we must provide a “No Records” response. If you disagreeand interpret this response as an adverse action, you may appeal this decisionby writing to the Secretary of the Air Force within 90 days of the date of thisletter. Include in your appeal yourreasons for reconsideration and attach a copy of this letter.
