To Whom It May Concern:

This FOIA request was assigned two tracking numbers: NARA-NGC-2015-000627 and NARA-NGC-2015-000630

This specific request stated:

"I am seeking all email correspondence from March 1, 2014, going forward between Thomas J. Putnam, director of the John F. Kennedy Library and Museum, and Heather P. Campion, CEO of the JFK Library Foundation."

It seems as though one of these numbers was meant to be issued to another request, which specifically stated, "I am seeking all email correspondence from March 1, 2014, going forward between Thomas J. Putnam, director of the John F. Kennedy Library and Museum, and Heather P. Campion, CEO of the JFK Library Foundation."

Could you please confirm the appropriate tracking numbers for each of these requests?

Thanks so much.

Dear Ms. Clegg:

Thank you for catching my oversight. Your FOIA regarding email
correspondence between Thomas Putnam and Heather Campion is
NARA-NGC-2015-000630 (NGC15-372). Your FOIA regarding Connie Chin's email
correspondence is NARA-NGC-2015-000627. I will correct the mistake in
FOIAonline.

Dear Ms. Clegg:

A search was conducted regarding all four of your requests that center
around communications between Tom Putnam and various members of the Kennedy
Foundation. Over 4,000 emails were located that are potentially
responsive.

Your four cases are in our complex queue. You are currently cases 31
through 34 in that queue. I hope to start rolling out released documents
to you by November 6th.

Is there anything particular you would like to receive first?

Kind regards,

Joe Scanlon

Dear Joe,

Thank you for your response to my request. If you are able to prioritize, I'd like to receive emails between Tom Putnam and Kennedy Foundation director Heather Campion first.

Thanks,

From: Ellen Clegg

Dear Joe,

I'd like to check in on my FOIA request for emails between Tom Putnam of NARA and various members of the JFK Library Foundation. Your last email said emails would start rolling out on Nov. 6, 2015, but I have not received anything further. Is there confusion about the numbers assigned on FOIA online?

They are:
Your FOIA regarding email
correspondence between Thomas Putnam and Heather Campion is
NARA-NGC-2015-000630 (NGC15-372). Your FOIA regarding Connie Chin's email
correspondence is NARA-NGC-2015-000627. I will correct the mistake in
FOIAonline.

Thank you,

Dear Ms. Clegg:

I have encountered a technical dilemma with regard to your FOIA request.
Because the potential responsive records numbers close to 4,000 emails I
have been trying to institute a process to have them downloaded from our
cloud server into a repository that will allow me to review and redact
those emails. I am waiting on a response from our cloud provider. If I
cannot proceed in this direction I will have to resort to processing one
email at a time.
