Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All responsive internal memos, instructional guides, and other promotional business documents regarding DHS' use of "iProov" facial recognition technology starting 12/13/2021 to 4/15/2022. DHS has maintained contracts with iProov for four years, the most recent of which was procured on 12/13/2021.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. I am a journalist with CyberScoop.com, a national award-winning publication that is also recognized by the Senate Periodical Press.
