Are you asking for any research documents produced by a contractor? If so, then there are only 2 contractors who would have produced anything along those lines: ICF and STPI. STPI-related documents are publicly available here:https://www.ida.org/research-and-publications/publications#pageSize=12&pageIndex=0&sortby=publicationdate&sortdir=Desc&keyword=Office%20of%20Science%20and%20Technology%20Policy&filter=
With regards to ICF, we do not have a master list of all the contractors. However, you can find the list of contributors on their website here: https://www.globalchange.gov/
Additionally, NASA, not OSTP maintains ICF contracts.

I see that an ICF employee is listed as the 'coordinator' for the most recent National Climate Assessment, but I was wondering whether ICF consultants produced any specific documents that informed the assessment (or other OSTP projects).

I see that an ICF employee is listed as the 'coordinator' for the most recent National Climate Assessment, but I was wondering whether ICF consultants produced any specific documents that informed the assessment (or other OSTP projects).

With regards to ICF, we do not have a master list of all the contractors. However, you can find the list of contributors on their website here: https://www.globalchange.gov/
Additionally, NASA, not OSTP maintains ICF contracts.
