Dear Ms. Stone,

I attempted to call you twice today, but your telephone line was busy. I wanted to discuss FOIA Request 2024-EPA-02891 with you. Since there have been numerous contracts and procurements awarded to ICF by the Environmental Protection Agency, I wanted to see if the scope of your request can be narrowed. The responsive ICF contracts and procurements that were active from January 1, 2020, to the present are attached above. I just received that list of ICF contracts this morning from a member of our IT staff.

On March 12, 2024, I submitted a request for a Datamart Report to provide me with a list of ICF contracts that you were seeking. However, I just received that list of ICF contracts this morning from a member of our IT staff. Please call me at (202) 564-4493 so we can discuss your FOIA request, and I can obtain what you are looking for. I will be available today (3/29/24) until 6:00 pm.

Dear Ms. Stone:

Under FOIA Request 2024-EPA-02891, you requested a copy of all EPA contracts awarded to consultancy ICF that were active on or after January 1, 2020, to the present. Copies of research reports, white papers, presentations, or other text-based deliverables consultancy ICF produced because of EPA work contracts were also sought for the same period.

From: Environmental Protection Agency

Dear Ms. Stone:

I did not realize our IT employee would create an EAS Ad Hoc Report providing a list of ICF contracts that were active on or after January 1, 2020, to the present. I need you to go through this report and select the ICF contracts that you want a copy of. Please call me at (202) 564-4493 so we can discuss your FOIA request and this report. I can also be reached at Marusak.Kirk@epa.gov<mailto:Marusak.Kirk@epa.gov>. I normally work until 6:00 pm every business day. Thank you.
