This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

This is regarding Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker with receipt number EAC1711852631. The status shows approved but my employer hasn't shared the approval notice with me. It would be great if you can send me a copy of the approval notice. I have travel plans coming up next week and I cant travel without this form, as I will have to show this form upon arrival at the port of entry.
