1. All HUBZone status protests that
a. were initiated by "any other interested party" as defined in 13 C.F.R. § 126.800(b)
b. at the Defense Logistics Agency
c. were forwarded to the Small Business Administration (SBA) AA/HUB pursuant to FAR §19.306(e)
2. All HUBZone status protests that
a. were initiated by JEQ&CO (7B1T4) where 7B1T4 met the definition of "any other interested party" as defined in 13 C.F.R. § 126.800(b)
b. at the Defense Logistics Agency
c. were forwarded to the Small Business Administration (SBA) AA/HUB pursuant to FAR §19.306(e)
