Good morning,
We are in receipt of your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request that you submitted to the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) on May 13, 2019, and received in our office on May 13, 2019. We have assigned your request tracking number SBA-2019-000560, please use this tracking number when referring to your request in the future.
Please be aware that the FOIA provides a right of access to federal agency records that exist and can be located in agency files. The FOIA does not require agencies to answer questions in response to FOIA requests. However, we will make an exception and process your request.
Item 1: we can provide the number of site visits since 2011 (see attached).
Item 2: no records.
Item 3: this portion of the request has been referred to the Office of the Chief Financial Officer for response.
If you are not satisfied with this action, you may appeal this decision to the Chief, Freedom of Information/Privacy Acts Office, U.S. Small Business Administration, 409 Third St., SW, Washington, DC 20416. You must submit an appeal within 90 calendar days of the date of the notice of denial.
