.gov registration information for welcometousa.gov

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. Request forms, emails, logs, and other records created while processing requests to register, renew, update and/or withdraw the .gov registration for the domain name "welcometousa.gov",
2. including, for each such request, at least the following information where it exists:
- the date when the request was received by CISA
- name of the organization requesting the domain name
- name, role, and contact information of the person making the request
- name, role, and contact information of the authorizing official
- name, role, and contact information for administrative, management, or security contacts for this domain name
3. created between 2006 and 2018, inclusive.

I believe these records are maintained by CISA as part of its .gov program, as described on https://beta.get.gov/about/. Although the domain name in question is no longer active, I believe it was registered some time in 2006 or 2007, and withdrawn some time in 2018.

If any of the items listed under (2) above cannot be disclosed, I request that you redact them and release only the items that can be disclosed.

I request that you include all cross-referenced records relevant to my inquiry. If including emails, please include email attachments as well.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
