Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

OMPF for Ronald E. Yeaw including cumulative record of training, history of assignments, military education, transfers and receipts, administrative remarks, all military decorations and citations, personnel evaluations, unit awards, Bronze Star Medal citations, commendation medals.
Please redact any sensitive information protected in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.

Please redact any information per FOIA Exemption (b)(1) which protects from disclosure information that has been deemed classified "under criteria established by an Executive order to be kept secret in the interest of national defense or foreign policy" and is "in fact properly classified pursuant to such Executive order." or per FOIA exemption (b)(3) "specifically exempted from disclosure by statute." Exemption 3 allows the withholding of information prohibited from disclosure by another federal statute provided that one of two disjunctive requirements are met: the statute either "(A) requires that the matters be withheld from the public in such a manner as to leave no discretion on the issue, or (B) establishes particular criteria for withholding or refers to particular types of matters to be withheld."

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
