Hello Ms. Lamden,

We processed your FOIA request and sent the above attachment to you on April 10, 2017. After speaking with the program office, we learned that the site was down due to a technical problem. We were informed that the technical problem had been repaired and the site at that time operational. Additionally, the program office provided an alternate website that will allow you to access the Global Change Master Directory. Therefore, your request has been processed and closed.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact my supervisor Ms. Miriam Brown-Lam at 202-358-0718 or hq-foia@nasa.gov<mailto:hq-foia@nasa.gov>.

Sincerely,

Josephine
