Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All records relating to or mentioning Malcolm Muggeridge (24 March 1903 – 14 November 1990) - English journalist and satirist (see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Malcolm_Muggeridge )

Please conduct a thorough search of the Central Records System, including but not limited to the Electronic Surveillance (ELSUR) Indices, the Physical Surveillance (FISUR) Indices, the Microphone Surveillance (MISUR) Indices, and the Technical Surveillance (TESUR) Indices - for both main-file records and cross-reference records for all relevant names, individuals, agencies and companies. For reference, the associated file number for these records provided by the FBI is 100-HQ-243140.

If previously released records are available, then I request a rolling release consisting of those records while additional records are located and processed for release.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I am writing in response to your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request
of January 20, 2023 for records in the custody of the National Archives and
Records Administration. Your request was received in this office on January
20, 2023 and assigned FOIA tracking number RD 68689.

You requested access to FBI file numbers 100-HQ-481695 Serial 539;
105-WF-20251 Serial 24; 105-HQ-70374; 100-HQ-459279; 100-HQ-243140;
100-HQ-127094 Serial 1022; and 161-HQ-12494 on various topics.

- My initial assessment is that Prairie Fire Organizing Committee (PFOC)
is the subject of 100-HQ-481695 Serial 539, compiled as part of a
Domestic Security investigation, created on July 6, 1984 and consisting
of an estimated 3 pages.

- My initial assessment is that Yuriy A. Shvedkov is the subject of
105-WF-20251 Serial 24, compiled as part of a Foreign Counterintelligence
investigation, created on March 3, 1970 and consisting of an estimated 2
pages.

- My initial assessment is that G. Lincoln Rockwell is the subject of
105-HQ-70374, compiled as part of a Foreign Counterintelligence
investigation, created between May 1958 and March 1990, and consisting of
an estimated 57,500 pages.

- My initial assessment is that Jane Fonda is the subject of
100-HQ-459279, compiled as part of a Domestic Security investigation,
created between July 1970 and April 1986, and consisting of an estimated
27,500 pages.

- My initial assessment is that Anti-Semetic Depredations is the subject
of 100-HQ-243140, compiled as part of a Domestic Security investigation,
created between November 1943 and February 1971, and consisting of an
estimated 3,400 pages.

- My initial assessment is that Cyrus S. Eaton, Sr. is the subject of
100-HQ-127094 Serial 1022, compiled as part of a Domestic Security
investigation, created on October 28, 1971, and consisting of an estimated
2 pages.

- My initial assessment is that Samuel Phillips Huntington is the
subject of 161-HQ-12494, compiled as part of a Special Inquiries for the
White House, Congressional Committees, and Other Government Agencies
investigation, created between February 1977 and June 1977, and consisting
of an estimated 60 pages.

These records require review for information protected from release under

The estimated total page count for your request is 88,467 pages. Requests
that exceed 3,000 pages are assigned to our third-tier processing queue.
You will receive a response in partial fulfillment of your request after we
have completed the first increment. We will provide you with an update on

College Park, MD facility to view the file at no cost, or order a
