FOIA - FBI - Candida Donadio

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All records relating to or mentioning Candida Donadio (October 22, 1929 – January 20, 2001) - Famed American literary agent, who represented many writers including postmodern novelists Joseph Heller, William Gaddis, and Thomas Pynchon (see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Candida_Donadio).

Please conduct a thorough search of the Central Records System, including but not limited to the Electronic Surveillance (ELSUR) Indices, the Physical Surveillance (FISUR) Indices, the Microphone Surveillance (MISUR) Indices, and the Technical Surveillance (TESUR) Indices - for both main-file records and cross-reference records for all relevant names, individuals, agencies and companies. For reference, the associated file numbers for these records provided by the FBI are: 161-HQ-12494, 100-HQ-127094 Serial HQ1022, 100-HQ-481695 Serial HQ539, 100-HQ-459279, and 105-WF-20251 Serial 24.

If previously released records are available, then I request a rolling release consisting of those records while additional records are located and processed for release.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
