This is a request for a Mandatory Declassification Review ("MDR") under Executive Order 13526. I hereby request the following records:

1) All electronic mail (e-mail) messages, including any document attachments (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, etc.), sent between the Department of the Treasury ("Treasury") and the Central Intelligence Agency ("CIA") in preparation for the designation of Bank Saderat Iran and the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps-Quds Force ("IRGC-QF") pursuant to Executive Order 13224 on October 25, 2007. 2) All e-mail messages, including any document attachments (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, etc.), sent between Treasury and the National Security Agency ("NSA") via the NSA Network ("NSANET"), and/or other secure networks, in preparation for the designation of Bank Saderat Iran and the IRGC-QF pursuant to Executive Order 13224 on October 25, 2007.

3) All e-mail messages, including any document attachments (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, etc.), sent between Treasury and the Defense Intelligence Agency ("DIA") via the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System ("JWICS"), and/or other secure networks, in preparation for the designation of Bank Saderat Iran and the IRGC-QF pursuant to Executive Order 13224 on October 25, 2007.

4) All e-mail messages, including any document attachments (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, etc.), sent between Treasury and the Office of the Secretary of Defense ("OSD") via JWICS, the Secure Internet Protocol Router Network ("SIPRNET"), and/or other secure networks, in preparation for the designation of Bank Saderat Iran and the IRGC-QF pursuant to Executive Order 13224 on October 25, 2007.

5) All e-mail messages, including any document attachments (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, etc.), sent between Treasury and the Joint Chiefs of Staff ("JCS") via JWICS, SIPRNET, and/or other secure networks, in preparation for the designation of Bank Saderat Iran and the IRGC-QF pursuant to Executive Order 13224 on October 25, 2007.

6) All e-mail messages, including any document attachments (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, etc.), sent between Treasury and the United States Central Command ("USCENTCOM") via JWICS, SIPRNET, and/or other secure networks, in preparation for the designation of Bank Saderat Iran and the IRGC-QF pursuant to Executive Order 13224 on October 25, 2007.

7) All e-mail messages, including any document attachments (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, etc.), sent between Treasury and the United States European Command ("USEUCOM") via JWICS, SIPRNET, and/or other secure networks, in preparation for the designation of Bank Saderat Iran and the IRGC-QF pursuant to Executive Order 13224 on October 25, 2007.

8) All e-mail messages, including any document attachments (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, etc.), sent between Treasury and the United States Special Operations Command ("USSOCOM") via JWICS, SIPRNET, and/or other secure networks, in preparation for the designation of Bank Saderat Iran and the IRGC-QF pursuant to Executive Order 13224 on October 25, 2007.

9) All e-mail messages, including any document attachments (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, etc.), sent between Treasury and the Joint Special Operations Command ("JSOC") via JWICS, SIPRNET, and/or other secure networks, in preparation for the designation of Bank Saderat Iran and the IRGC-QF pursuant to Executive Order 13224 on October 25, 2007.

10) All e-mail messages, including any document attachments (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, etc.), sent between Treasury and the Office of the Secretary of Defense ("OSD") via JWICS, SIPRNET, and/or other secure networks, in preparation for the designation of Bank Saderat Iran and the IRGC-QF pursuant to Executive Order 13224 on October 25, 2007.

11) All e-mail messages, including any document attachments (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, etc.), sent between Treasury and the Joint Chiefs of Staff ("JCS") via JWICS, SIPRNET, and/or other secure networks, in preparation for the designation of Bank Saderat Iran and the IRGC-QF pursuant to Executive Order 13224 on October 25, 2007.

12) All e-mail messages, including any document attachments (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, etc.), sent between Treasury and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence ("ODNI") in preparation for the designation of Bank Saderat Iran and the IRGC-QF pursuant to Executive Order 13224 on October 25, 2007.

13) All e-mail messages, including any document attachments (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, etc.), sent between Treasury and the United States Department of State ("DoS") in preparation for the designation of Bank Saderat Iran and the IRGC-QF pursuant to Executive Order 13224 on October 25, 2007.

14) The reports, and supporting documentation, produced by Treasury's Terrorist Finance Tracking Program ("TFTP") in preparation for the designation of Bank Saderat Iran and the IRGC-QF pursuant to Executive Order 13224 on October 25, 2007.

15) The reports, and supporting documentation, produced by Treasury's Office of Intelligence and Analysis ("OIA") in preparation for the designation of Bank Saderat Iran and the IRGC-QF pursuant to Executive Order 13224 on October 25, 2007.

16) The reports, and supporting documentation, produced by Treasury's Iraq Threat Finance Cell ("ITFC"), Baghdad, Iraq, in preparation for the designation of Bank Saderat Iran and the IRGC-QF pursuant to Executive Order 13224 on October 25, 2007.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
