All records from any internal investigation or administrative review involving former U.S. Border Patrol Agent Esteban Manzanares, who raped and attempted to kill several immigrants during March 2014 near McAllen, Texas.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
