I have been assigned to process your FOIA request, EPA-HQ-2018-006564. I work in the Office of Acquisition Management (OAM), within the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). I submitted a Help Desk ticket asking our Information Technology (IT) Service Center to provide me with a list of procurements responsive to your request. You asked to be provided with any contract, memos, reports or emails stating the need for and purchase of shooting targets, ammunition, and other defense gear by the United States Environmental Protection Agency between 2016 to the present day. The technicians came back with a list of 10 procurements for that time period.

Since almost all of the contracts, purchase orders or task orders are providing items to the EPA's Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance (OECA) in the Criminal Investigation Division, you might want to discuss narrowing your request. I want to provide you with the procurements that you are actually looking for and not contracts, purchase orders or task orders that you not interested in.
