- Tor bandwidth authorities or directory authorities
- Tor pluggable transports (obfs4, meek, ScrambleSuit, etc)
- Tor relays (also known as "routers" or "nodes", sometimes called "guard", "middle", or "exit" relays)

Dear Christopher Sheats:

This is in reference to your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request dated
March 2, 2020 and your tracking number is DON-NAVY-2020-005155. We are
writing to respond to your request. After a thorough search of our files, it
has been determined that Naval Supply Systems Command did not locate records
responsive to your request.

In this instance, the fees associated with processing your request were
below the minimum threshold and have not been assessed. Please be advised,
however, that fees, fee categories, and fee waivers are determined on a
case-by-case basis; a previous determination has no influence on future
determinations.

If you are not satisfied with NAVSUP's determination in response to this
request, you may administratively appeal by writing to the General Counsel
