Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All e-mails sent from or received by any government or personal e-mail accounts used by Commerce Department Deputy Director Karen Dunn Kelley and/or Commerce Department Director Wilbur Ross, which contains any of the Keywords: "citizenship" and "citizen" and "Jesse Furman" between the dates of January 10, 2019 and January 16, 2019.

I am a career journalist with work that has appeared at The Daily Beast among other publications. I am willing to pay any reasonable expenses associated with this request, however, as the purpose of the requested disclosure is in full conformity with the statutory requirements for a waiver of fees, I formally request such a waiver.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
