To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Is there any document at all on file authorizing constant daily drone surveillance of my person. I have spotted drones over my homes, while they were nowhere else to be seen in my neighborhood or on the way to and from running errands or workplaces. It is consistent with being politically and or religiously watchlisted. This has become ritualistic and it is frustrating that there seems to be no oversight or accountability to speak of when it comes to such civil rights violations. I am not a lunatic. Neither am I involve in criminal activities or terrorism of any sort. I have reported those incidents to the FAA locally and federally but I am still to see any investigating or true concerns for my safety and the violations of privacy that this causes to me as a law abiding citizen of this nation.

Please furnish any warranted (by law, court or operations) documents authorizing or justifying the intense and often disruptive aerial surveillance Ive been observing for while now.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Laetitia Aby

Ms. Aby,

The FAA would not have the requested records you are seeking - file authorizing constant daily drone surveillance of my person. Since you have contacted the local Flight Standards District Office (FSDO), you may submit a FOIA request seeking documents relative to your complaint. Please identify the FSDO and the offices you contacted so we can make the assignment to those offices. The FAA does not monitor every drone in the sky at all times.

You may reply to this email if you wish to submit a request for FAA records.

Thank you,
